A: Yes, we will consider trade-ins as part of our commitment to serving our customers. This program is specific to each customer and may result in our contribution of your trade-in to disadvantaged countries.

Q: In general terms, what is Monster Medic’s warranty policy?
|
|
A: A detailed description of our warranty policy is included in our user manuals. To summarize, our policy is a parts and labor warranty from manufacturing non-conformances that affect product performance and customer satisfaction for three years after date of delivery except for expendable components, i.e., batteries, mattresses, restraints, IV poles, storage nets, storage pouches, oxygen bottle straps and other soft goods, which have a one year limited warranty.

Q: What is Monster Medic’s Return Policy?
|

A: Subject to obtaining an authorization number from Monster Medic customer service and other conditions, unused and undamaged power and manual cots and stair chairs, along with accessories, may be returned up to 180 days of shipment. Prior to 45 days after shipment Monster Medic is responsible for all charges. A customer refund check or credit will be issued in full. Prior to 90 days after shipment a customer refund check or credit will be issued net of a 10% restocking fee. Prior to 180 days after shipment a customer refund check or credit will be issued net of a 20% restocking fee.
